Tuition-free Waldorf Charter School is coming to Bethlehem.

We believe that quality education should be within every child’s reach. That is why we will never charge tuition, or fees of any kind, at Waldorf Charter School. Our mission is to create a holistic learning environment that embraces all aspects of a developing child, often overlooked in traditional schooling. Our unique approach incorporates art, music, and social interaction into a curriculum that encourages imagination and promotes self-growth.

“The need for imagination, a sense of truth, and a feeling of responsibility – these three forces are the very nerve of education.”
Rudolf Steiner, Scientist, Founder of Waldorf Education

Child Development

Our educational program works with an understanding of human development to address the needs of the individual and the class in order to support comprehensive learning and healthy, balanced development.

Social Change Through Education

We seek to offer the most supportive conditions possible for the development of each student’s unique capacities and for encouraging  positive qualities and promoting personal growth.

Schools as Learning Communities

We encourage our students to engage as a community, working together towards a common goal. Learning to enhance their capacities as human beings through self-reflection and conscious social engagement.

Access and Diversity

Our goal is to educate creatively and address the developmental needs of students with the most inclusive possible approaches for all learners.
